FULFILLMENT COMMITMENTS

On-Demand Production:

Gabriella Rossetti clothing is produced on-demand in the US.  This means we’re manufacturing clothing in standard sizes and standard colors, but producing only what is being ordered, rather than creating significant inventory.  We’ve chosen this manufacturing model to ensure our carbon footprint is generated only by producing garments that are actually purchased.

In this model when a customer places an order with Gabriella Rossetti, that item, in the customer’s size and color selection will be cut, sewn and ready for shipment in approximately five days. 

From there the garment is packaged in our no-frills, environmentally sustainable packaging and sent on its way. 

Shipping:

  • Orders placed Friday before 1 pm (ET) with next day service will be processed and shipped that same day with an estimated delivery on the next business day no later than 8 pm depending on destination. Kindly note that we do not currently offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.
  • Orders placed Monday through Friday with complimentary standard ground service or two-day service will be shipped within five days of placing the order.

 

SERVICE LEVELS

For our Domestic customers, we offer two service levels with our preferred shipping partner UPS.

  • Complimentary standard ground shipping with anticipated transit time between three and six business days.
  • Standard two-day shipping with anticipated transit time of two business days for a rate typically at $35 USD. Upgraded shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Kindly note we do not offer a guaranteed early morning delivery for any of our service levels. Please reach out to us at info@gabriellarossetti.com in the event you need any type of service level upgrade, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

At present we do not ship internationally. 

 

SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT

We strive to take great care when processing and shipping you order. Therefore, orders valued at $500 USD and above will require a signature upon deliver to release your shipment. In the event your delivery is lost, stolen or excessively delayed, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve the issue and locate your delivery.

 

DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS

We are unable to accommodate shipments to PO Boxes or APO addresses, or weekend deliveries.

 

ORDER TRACKING

We hope you are as excited as we are for you to receive your order. Once your order is in transit, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking details. You may track the delivery status along the way by using the UPS website at www.ups.com.
